LoveBirds and Linens

Today, my wonderful mother and mother-in-law threw an absolutely BEAUTIFUL wedding shower for my best friend (who also happens to be Jeff's first cousin -- purely coincidental although he likes to think he played a role in our friendship) Amanda.  The theme was LoveBirds and Linens, and everything about it was SO cute!!

They thought of EVERYTHING to go with their cute theme..

"Love Bird" tea towels from Anthropologie.

The groom even showed up unexpectedly with flowers!  (MAJOR brownie points!)

... Isn't she going to be a stunning bride?

Ok... next up: I'm planning the Bachelorette Party for next month! This is a tough act to follow. Any ideas!?!

Like this idea? Come back tomorrow for a LoveBirds and Linens themed GIVE-AWAY from CSN Stores. I can't wait... You are going to LOVE it!

  4. My sister is getting married in June, her friends are throwing her a bachelorette party for next weekend. It's the argyle theme... score cards for each guest, gotta drink a certain drink at each bar... watch the Wedding Date for ideas! :)

  6. What a class and simple shower! Love it! She'll totally be a beautiful bride.
What NOT to do at the bachelorette party: Go to Coyote Ugly and encourage the soon to be bride to take off her bra and leave it on the wall. Turns out that soon to be grooms don't think this is funny. This may or may not have happened at a friend's party.
P.S. Her dress looks like the one you almost wore to Taylor Swift.

  7. Yay, Davey and I finally made the blog!! We knew getting married would come in handy for something :) You, your mom, and Freda (and who can forget Michael!) are amazing... thank you for throwing me the best shower EVER! I'm seriously going to hire team Mulvaney/Chapman if I ever have to throw a party, so you guys should start deciding what your going rate will be :) I can't wait for the Bachelorette Party! Love you lady!
