Bachelor of the Week Returns

Well girls, I might be driving across the country, but I have not forgotten to bring you cute boys along the way.  (This one's actually from Roanoke, but pretend he's from the Grand Tetons or something!)

So, without further adieu, please meet... Bachelor #4:
"Mr. B"
Think he's cute now?  Just wait till you hear this... He also TEACHES FIRST GRADE!!  Now, if that doesn't make you fall in love, you might be a lost cause! :)

"Mr. B" is a twenty-seven year old Roanoke College graduate who just finished his fourth year teaching in the elementary school classroom.  Not only is he great with kids and passionate about education, but he's got a slew of other awesome qualities too...
To begin with, "Mr. B" owns an awesome cape cod - complete with a well-cared-for in-ground pool (SCORE!) - just waiting for a lady's touch! Plus (get this), he's NEAT too!  In fact, this bachelor makes his bed every morning AND isn't afraid of the vacuum.   Are you sold yet?

Although he works part-time at Abercrombie, he is more of a "J Crew guy," who appreciates a good sense of style and an occassional trip to the mall.  In addition, he enjoys running and working out in  his free time and describes his ideal date as "something low-key like dinner and concert."  His favorite musicians include Jack Johnson and John Mayer.  And, his worst addiction is... Lemonade!

"Mr. B" is looking for a Christian girl with strong values and an emphasis on family.  Smokers need not apply!

Could this be the guy for you?!?!  Hurry... He's sure to go quickly!

  7. Roanoke, VA?!?! I am from Blacksburg, went to W&M for my M.Ed., and am moving to Lexington this weekend to be the 9th grade counselor at RCHS. I wrote a post about myself (and yes, even typing that makes me feel a little silly) on my blog - allisonjennifer.blogspot.com

  10. Oh my word...this blog is hilarious! Love that you were doing it before Kelly did her Show Us Your Life! :) I'm way too far from VA now...but it is where I call home. I went to Liberty and taught in Amherst Co for 3 years! Love that you have teachers, VOL fans, and runners on here! (I did my Masters at UT and am a runner!) Good luck with all of your match making! :)

  11. Well...I live in Charlotte...too far away? I am currently a principal intern and working as curriculum support staff for 305 grades at a school, but I am a teacher at heart. I love the Lord and I am looking for a great guy who loves life and loves kids. If Charlotte isn't too far away, pass along my email :)

  12. Hmm, too bad I live in Oregon! I'm also a first grade teacher who loves to run. I like things neat and tidy at home and in my classroom, just like Mr. B. Jack Johnson and John Mayer can be heard in my house on a regular basis. When I'm not teaching, running, or cooking, I'm usually at church or small group with my Christian "family". Aside from all that, my big passion is traveling the world to build houses with Habitat for Humanity. Again, too bad he's all the way in Roanoke. :( However, God does work in mysterious ways... Looking for a strong Christian man to take the lead.
