Nursery Round-Up

We've been working on our nursery this weekend.  It is SO fun to see it start to come together; but... I feel like I find another "inspiration room" every other day in the blogosphere.  Sorry if I bore some of you, but I thought I'd share a few of the cutest and most creative nurseries I've seen lately... Enjoy.

Black walls?  Whowouldathought?  Maeve's nursery from Screamy Mimi.

Ok, seriously... Somebody stop me!

Obviously, I won't be able to incorporate ALL of these ideas; but, I'm sure having fun trying. (Sneak peak to come soon.)

If you have a blog with pictures of your own nursery, please post a link below.  I'd love to see some of your works of art!
P.S. All along I've been trying to select classic gender-neutral things for our baby's room so that we can reuse it all with baby #2; however, I'm absolutely positive I'm going to want to do more than one of these... Sorry Jeff! :)

  1. GREAT nursery inspiration photos!! Beautiful!

We went with a more simpler, calming look:http://867-53oh9.blogspot.com/2011/03/nursery-reveal.html

  2. I love all of those. The teal and yellow one is adorable. The top photo is great, but I'd like charcoal walls for my bedroom, not my baby's.

  3. All of those are so cute! I like all of the personal touches that aren't so 'baby-ish' in all of them.

  4. I'm coveting all of them! I did a matching theme in N's nursery, with a few custom things from etsy thrown in. :)

  5. adorable! A friend of mine did a super cute nursery for her little boy. They're OSU grads, which really inspired the colors.

  8. My favorite is Maeve's nursery from Screamy Mimi. I really love the chalkboard idea. I am 20 weeks pregnant and going for my 20 week ultrasound today! We are keeping the gender a surprise until birth (to everyone including us), so I am looking for gender neutral nursery ideas. How did you come across all of these ideas? We were thinking possibly light teal and white argyle could be gender neutral or doing a bunny theme based on the book "Guess How Much I Love You." Can't wait to see pics of what you come up with for yours!
